Alliyah Phillip - RMT
Alliyah is a proud graduate of Fanshawe College's Massage Therapy program. With a foundation in evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach. She provides therapeutic massage sessions tailored to relieve pain, enhance mobility, and promote overall relaxation. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to unwind, Alliyah is here to support your path to wellness in a safe and welcoming environment.
When not working with clients, Alliyah expresses her creativity as an artist, creating custom abstract and textured artwork. Massage and art share a profound link through their focus on expression, creativity, and the tactile, intentional use of touch to convey emotion, facilitate healing, and enhance personal well-being.

Lauren Pillisch - RN
Lauren is our IV Drip Infusionist. Lauren has been a Registered Nurse for six years. She has experience in many fields including Emergency, Surgical, as well as running her own Aesthetic business for a period of almost two years. She is absolutely ecstatic to be working with us at Active Body Lab and sharing the Farsk Infusions with you. Health and Wellness is a huge passion of hers, and looks forward to sharing that with you.

Krishna Lopez - RYT
Krish is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a trauma-informed movement and mindfulness facilitator with over 1,000 hours of training, including specialized certification in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). TCTSY is an evidence-based approach used as an adjunctive treatment for complex trauma and PTSD, focusing on safety, self-regulation, and reconnection with the body. Krish creates inclusive spaces that prioritize safety, autonomy, agency, and interoception, helping individuals foster resilience and healing through compassionate, gentle practices.

Lucas Iredale - RMT/Reiki/Clinic Manager
Lucas has a background in Health and Safety as well as Ergonomics. Lucas attended and graduated from Medix College of Healthcare on two different occasions from the Professional Fitness Consultant course, which he enjoyed helping others through Personal Training, however felt that he was missing something so returned to add Registered Massage Therapist to his scope of practice. Lucas is also a Reiki Practitioner. In his free time he loves spending time with his family and friends, and enjoys throwing axes, and knives.

Don Di Giuseppe - General Manager
Don has been in the Health and Wellness field for over 30 years. He graduated from Fanshawe College with a Diploma in Fitness and Health as well as a Diploma from D’Arcy Lane Institute for Massage Therapy. Don has taken on many roles from being an Educator of Massage Therapy and a Regional Clinical Manager for a Major Fitness facility. He is currently sitting on the Program Advisory Committee for the Massage Therapy Program at Fanshawe College. Don’s passion is to ensure that his clients are able to achieve full function in their activities of daily living. Being proactive rather than reactive. When not working, Don enjoys kayaking, soccer, golf, the outdoors, and reading a great book!
